How to Change Your Jacksonville University Password 

To cahnge your password log into my.ju.edu with your username and password 
In the top right hand corner click "Change Password" 

You will be prompted to enter your old password and then enter your new password twice. 

Please note the requirements for passwords are : 
 -  Must be at least 12 characters long 
 - Contain at least one Uppercase letter 
 - Contain at least one lowercase letter 
 - Contain at least two numeric/ symbol characters and no spaces 
 - Cannot be a previously used password 
 - Cannot contain any part of your first or last name
