2025-2030 Strategic Plan
Strategic Planning Process
The goal of strategic planning for the 2025-2030 JU strategic plan is to provide a transparent, collaborative, and responsive process that ensures all JU community voices are heard. The final plan will provide direction for Jacksonville University over the next five years and be the reference document to inform student success, facilities development, academic programming, and financial planning. When completed, it will set our institutional identity, set long-term direction, assist in making decisions, foster a collaborative approach to decision making and allow us to set the future of JU. As a result of this plan, a subset of the coordinating commitee will form multiple committes to develop operational plans and key performance indicators, ensuring success of the University's strategic plan and priorities.
